1. New Function & Bug Fix:

1.1 The DEMO program adds the short video function. In the local configuration of the menu bar, the short video function can be turned on.
When the video function is turned on, a video can be recorded after clicking the "capture" button , and the user can set the advance time and total time of the recording.
1.2 The part interface operation of the DEMO program is optimized.
1.3 The driver layer adds the support for 4G and GPS modules. The roseek_lx1_excperipheral firmware has the incompatibility changes.
If the version of roseek_lx1_excperipheral is version 1.06, the user needs to install the SDK of the old version 1.01, update the firmware of the RSLX_ExtMCU_V1.07_20181126.rsupset, and then update the SDK to version 1.02.


2. Updating Steps:

2.1 Update Drivers and Demo program
Windows:
If the version of roseek_lx1_excperipheral is version 1.06:
The user needs to install the ROSEEK_LXMainSystem_Setup_V1.01.exe at first, and then update the firmware of the RSLX_ExtMCU_V1.07_20181126.rsupset, finally install the ROSEEK_LXMainSystem_Setup_V1.02.exe.
If the version of roseek_lx1_excperipheral is version 1.07:
Copy ROSEEK_LXMainSystem_Setup_V1.02.exe into Camera and run.
Linux:
Please refer to README.txt in the file LXSDK\LX1_SDK_Linux_Ubuntu16.
2.2 Update Firmware
Method 1 (Local upgrade):
Connect the mouse, keyboard and monitor, log into the operating system, and run the Demo program on the desktop to view the device information and upgrade the firmware.
Method 2 (Romote upgrade):
Please make sure LXDemo program or the user program that contains the update function is running.
Please run LXSDK/UtilTools/RoseekDeviceInformation.exe to view the device information.
Please run LXSDK/UtilTools/RSRemoteUpdateTool.exe to update the firmware.
2.3 Update User's Project
If a new project is developed, please refer to the new version of LXDemo, replace the used header files, library files and the dynamic link library of the bin directory.
If the LXDemo project is developed directly, please move all changes to the new Demo project.

4. Known unresolved issues

4.1. At present, the reboot function is not perfect. After restarting the device, the Grabbing cameras may not be recognized. Please power-off and reboot the device.
4.2. The image cache currently cannot be configured with size and number separately by Grabbing and Overview cameras.
